Trainer Requirements

Our training teams are comprised of Speakers, Consultants, and Trainers. Our Speakers are experienced professionals who deliver training at workshop events, while Consultants help customers evaluate the vast array of training products and services offered by Response and its brands. Certified Trainers must be active in real estate or stock and options trading, and must meet certain professional requirements. Each trainer that becomes a part of our team is held to the highest standards in the industry and must maintain a minimum level of activity to continue working with us.

It’s important that each of the trainers that interact with our customers have their finger on the pulse on the market place and can offer sound insight about what’s working and how do navigate the difficulties of real estate. We require all top level coaching trainers to be an active investor year in and year out. Along with their past experience, we require our trainers to remain in and actively participate in the real estate investing world. Active can be completely subjective based on ones age, experience, capital position, time restraints and many other factors. We define “active” by a trainer completing at least one of the following types of transactions on a yearly basis. A wholesale or assignment of contract property transaction, a back to back – double or simultaneous closing, a buy fix and flip sale, tax lien or deed investing, or a buy and hold type of deal, this includes single family homes SFR’s and multi family. Additionally any land or property development, commercial or residential types of transactions qualify our trainers as “active”. As indicated on the matrix here on the page many of our trainers are licensed real estate agents within the given state they reside, a trainer can qualify as active by completing at least one real estate agent represented transaction within the year. Additionally we have some trainers who are dedicated to actively working with clients to see transactions to completion. Some of our trainers who are no longer in a position, either financially, physically or otherwise able can qualify as active by reporting with sufficient documentation that at least 25 of their clients within the year have each closed at least one type of transaction mentioned above.
