Response is currently seeking amazing individuals to join our team. As a Product Support Agent, your primary focus is supporting the computer-based, online tools and applications our clients use. Our team members are energetic and love working with people. The working hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The Product Support team members are paid weekly with starting hourly rates at $13/hour (plus weekly incentives and bonuses) depending on experience and skill set. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls
- Assisting in software installation
- Providing training and best practice procedures on company tools to clients
- Processing subscription renewal payments
- Troubleshooting software/website issues
- Focused on the customer, who is our #1 asset!
- Technologically savvy, technical support experience preferred
