Description

Response is currently seeking amazing individuals to join our team. As a Product Support Agent, your primary focus is supporting the computer-based, online tools and applications our clients use. Our team members are energetic and love working with people. The working hours are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The Product Support team members are paid weekly with starting hourly rates at $13/hour (plus weekly incentives and bonuses) depending on experience and skill set. Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Assisting in software installation
  • Providing training and best practice procedures on company tools to clients
  • Processing subscription renewal payments
  • Troubleshooting software/website issues
